School visits

School visits

We welcome visits from schools, high schools and other educational entities with the aim of promoting technology and science among young people.

Open to the entire educational community

In the coming years, it will be essential to have talent and skilled labor around the key technologies that will define the new professions of the future. That is why from ITA we contribute to arouse interest in topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Robotics, the development of Smart Materials, the Internet of Things(IoT), etc.

For many years, ITA has been receiving school visits from all educational levels, but we like to focus on those branches and technical specialties, with special emphasis on the promotion of #STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) vocations among the youngest students of our community.

STEAM & Girls Power!

One of our commitments around the promotion of STEAM vocations is to have a special impact on the female audience. We firmly believe in the ability of technology, engineering and science to transform the world and we do not want anyone to be left out of something so exciting. That is why we work to break down gender barriers and organize conferences and initiatives that inspire girls, young women and women of all ages.

Dates and times of visits

School visits always take place from Monday to Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

How to request your visit to ITA

If you are a professional in the education sector and you want to visit ITA with your students, you must follow the following process:

  1. Request for the visit: as a teacher or professional in the educational sector, you will be the organizer and the reference person with whom ITA will manage the visit to our facilities. The first thing you will have to do is to fill in the following form, requesting the visit. In this form you must indicate: the school requesting the visit, the school year to which the students belong, the number of people who will come, the date on which you wish to come to ITA, etc.
  2. Sending mandatory documentation: Once you fill in the application form, and prior to the date of the visit, you must send us these documents.
    • Minors: If the visit includes minors, it is necessary that their parents or legal guardians authorize ITA to publish audiovisual material in which they appear. This content may be disseminated through our corporate channels, such as the website, social networks or annual reports. The authorization can be sent through this form.
    • Adults: Teachers visiting ITA must sign and return this NDA, agreeing not to use or disclose confidential information obtained during the visit. In the case of adult students, they must also complete and submit this NDA.
  3. Data protection: On the day of the visit, we will need you to provide us with a list of the names of minors who do not have the authorization of their parents or legal guardians (point 1) to appear on our broadcast channels. This will allow us to properly manage the publication of the audiovisual material.
