The “Green-Car Eco-Design” project aims at the inclusion of the environmental variable in the design stage of the main projects. electric vehicle (EV) components.
The aim is to provide added value to these components of the EV by recognized as being manufactured with a lower environmental impact, ensuring that they are less harmful to the environment throughout their life cycle. and therefore achieving more competitive products and with a better life cycle. penetration in existing markets.
The actions to be carried out are aimed at providing the following information to learn about the application of ecodesign techniques, and to show the relationship between between ecodesign and innovation, in a sector that is at a crossroads between ecodesign and innovation, in a sector that is at a crossroads the automotive sector, and in particular the automotive industry, and especially the everything that concerns the EV.
In addition to the actions related to the eco-design of components, in the development of the project, work will be done on the correct integration of all of them in a complete VE simulated in such a way that they are to reach a thorough analysis of the implications of the the incorporation of the new eco-designed components in relation to the other EV systems.
The project will involve, together with the CARTIF Foundation (coordinator) and the Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón, various entities of the different regions of the SUDOE, in particular, Fundació CTM Centre Tecnològic (Catalonia), Mondragón Goi Eskola Politeknikoa S.Coop. (Country Basque Country), IAT Foundation (Andalusia), École Supérieure des Technologies (Spain), IAT Foundation (Andalusia), École Supérieure des Technologies Industrielles Avancées (Aquitaine-France) and Institut Politechnique de Setúbal (Lisbon-Portugal).
Green-Car Eco-Design is part of the Cooperation Program Territorial Area of the Southwest European Space, Interreg IVB-SUDOE, financed by through the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund).
