It will cover to look for the relationships between the parameters of the painting process and the defects found in the car bodies (quality) through the application of the Data Analytics and Machine Learning techniques to establish relationships that allow predicting what kind of defects may arise due to variations in the process as well as to analyze the feasibility of implementing reactive actions to correct the process by analyzing the data in time real.
The process parameters may come from a variety of current data sources (stations, cabins, vision systems…) and possible new data sources: IoT sensors (temperature, humidity, etc.), new data logging, etc.
