The project has been carried out between the AEI LOGISTIC CLUSTER OF ARAGON (ALIA), the companies EQUIMODAL and TRANSPORTES SESÉ and the Technological Institute of Aragon (ITAINNOVA), The general objective of this study is to conduct an analysis of the feasibility of adopting and deploying Industry technologies 4.0 to improve internal logistical processes and to carry out two demonstrators of these technologies in two companies.

The The objective of this project is to carry out an analysis of the feasibility of the adoption and deployment of I4.0 technologies in the environment for the improvement of logistics processes for warehouses, distribution centers and distribution or supply to production processes. The objective is to to explore the enabling technologies in depth and select two of them to create demonstrators that can validate both from the point of view of the benefits they bring from an economic and operational point of view. from the point of view of an SME and from the point of view of a large company.
This project is divided into 5 work packages with a duration of 6 months. The tasks linked to Project Management are executed throughout the life of the project, from October 2016 to March 2017. The work packages are listed below and the leaders of each are indicated:
