BiAx Roller

Bench of rolling for vehicles that stands out for providing movement to the different wheels, taking advantage of the own traction of the vehicle. This feature makes unique and brings numerous advantages:

  • Designed to test the dynamic and electromagnetic behavior of a motorcycle, its versatility allows to adapt the configuration to vehicles with three, four or more wheels.
  • It solves the growing problem arising from the manufacture of vehicles with traction control systems that do not allow a speed difference between wheels.
  • It enables synchronized rotation of the rollers by means of a transmission system that is simple and quickly adaptable to the dimensions of the vehicle. Unlike of the current banks with rotation systems only on the rear wheel and that need to act on the control unit by deactivating the control system.
  • Prepared to support additional sensorization , which will allow the capture of additional parameters and dynamic testing.

This product is aimed at companies with activities related to the provision of technical engineering services, the development of new vehicles and technical advice to third parties, such as vehicle manufacturers, laboratories, technology centers, etc.
